At Heidi Merrick, we want you to love your California-made pieces; however, if you are not completely satisfied, we accept returns of unworn, unwashed, and tagged merchandise within 14 days of delivery.
Initiate Your Return
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Prepare Your Package
Securely pack your items in the original shipping box or similar packaging, ensuring all original designer tags remain attached.
Attach Shipping Label
Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided through the portal and affix it to the outside of your package.
Drop Off and Refund
Hand your package to the designated carrier; once received and inspected at our Los Angeles studio, your refund will be processed to your original payment method.
